representing love, kinship, connection, devotion, desire + fertility, she is the unbounded archetypal energy of the feminine.
inspired by venus, carleena, keight + krystina are inspired to host a self-love ceremony where you will be invited to welcome all parts of you home.
in this ceremony we will
combine somatic techniques (of gentle, loving movement) with self inquiry + reflection (journaling + partner work) to explore the theme of self love.
this ceremony is designed to foster a compassionate relationship with all parts of self.
THE EXPERIENCE

6:00pm - 6:20pm: sisterhood gathering with heart opening snacks + homemade tea
6:20pm: sacred silence walk into ceremony
6:30pm: doors close, ceremony begins
6:30pm - 7:00pm: opening circle + prayer
7:00pm: habitual movement embodiment practice to reprogram old narratives
7:30pm: journaling + self reflection
8:00pm: partner shares + connection
8:20pm: discussion on self love
8:40pm: affirmations, EFT + closing circle

HOW TO PREPARE
❈ please wear white to ceremony, dress comfortably in clothes that make you feel beautiful, safe, connected to your body, etc. you do not need to wear yoga clothes as we will be doing gentle movement that can be done in any clothing. loose, comfortable clothing is suggested
❈ please bring your favorite mug for our tea time
❈ doors will close at 6:30pm + late admittance is not possible
