join carleena for an in studio yin practice that will inspire contemplation, release and relief
In Traditional Chinese Medicine The Metal Element represents the season of early to late Fall where all of nature signifies release, shedding and dropping down into the belly of the earth. The Metal Element inspires the process of going underground, a metaphor for the journey into the subconscious mind: the realm of our emotions. When we're lovingly willing to venture into this world, there is much waiting for us - a buried treasure, so to speak. This nourishing yin yoga class will weave themes of letting go like the leaves, ancestral wisdom from beyond the veil and plenty of physical release of buried tension. Bring along any props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets and get ready to receive a restful evening of yin yoga.
