reiki 1 :: Guidance - Attunement - Certification
To become a Reiki Guide is to accept empowerment + with this comes great responsibility and a deeper connection to Self.
carleena and zoe are leading a weekend long training of both reiki 1 and reiki 2. these May be taken together or individually. if you’ve been attuned to Level One elsewhere you may still train for Level ll here.
You are invited to join Reiki Masters Zoe archer and Carleena Lara-Bregatta for a weekend of Energy Healing, training and certification. No previous training required - just the curiosity and interest in connecting and expanding to deeper facets of Self and beyond!
space is very limited. be sure to register in advance to guarantee a spot as this training is in high demand.
What you’ll learn:
- energy cleansing practices to ground yourself and clear personal blockages.
- how to cultivate a daily self care practice with Reiki
- What Reiki is + where it came from
- How to practice Reiki for personal healing + how to treat family, friends, + pets
what’s included:
- full training day learning the principles and history of reiki with zoe + carleena
- a training manual and certificate of completion
- reiki 1 attunement which is the transfer and opening of energy channels to begin actively reiki healing on yourself with stronger intention
weekend schedule:
guests can register for just reiki 1 (saturday), just reiki 2 (sunday) or for both trainings. please note that in order to just register for reiki 2, one must show proof of prior reiki 1 certification.
reiki 1 schedule: saturday june 25th, 12:30pm to 5:30pm
reiki 2 schedule: sunday june 26th, 12:30pm to 5:30pm
for those who are new to reiki levels, reiki 1 is the foundational training that teaches you about the principles of reiki and its foundations. reiki 2 will certify you to begin working with paid clients. please note that reiki 1 does not certify you to do energy work on other people aside from family, friends and pets. to work professionally with clients, this requires completion of reiki 2.

each training day and certification is $222. if you’d like to attend both trainings it is $444 and students must register and pay for each day separately.
about your guides
Zoe archer is a mindbody medicine enthusiast, master Reiki practitioner, RN, BSN (Purdue University) and Certified Yoga Guide. She is currently the Director of the MindBody Program at Yoga House + Wellness, Barrington, NJ. Zoe has practiced Reiki Energy healing for over twenty years and holistic massage therapy in the distant past. She is a Certified Strala Yoga Guide through her studies with Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, NYC (2015). In addition, Zoe is Certified in Yoga for Trauma Recovery through the Transformation Yoga Project as well as Five Element Yoga with Jennifer Reis (Kripalu).
Carleena lara-bregatta is a spiritual mentor, author and teacher who is here to appreciate, celebrate and empower awakening souls on Mother Earth.
She is curious about life's hidden mysteries - including the very nature of the soul - and cherishes this work in her professional career as a full time lightworker. Through yoga, dance, breathwork, reiki, past life regression, mother nature, service work and other various forms of healing, she leads souls home to their most joyous & purposeful life.
Carleena is an 800 Hour E-RYT, Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist, and holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in INGOs. She is passionate about continuing her education to remain current with emerging research, practices and philosophies in connection the healing arts.
